Torque Release Technique (TRT) is a neurologically based chiropractic technique, meaning the goal of the adjustment is to optimize the function of your nervous system. TRT is made up of the analysis the doctor will put you through plus the adjustment. A TRT adjustment is performed using an instrument called the integrator. It is very specific and gentle which allows it to be performed in a neutral, relaxed position.
